In this book, I will compare and contrast PINGing with regular conversation. At times, words used when PINGing will differ depending on your age. I have made notes when a certain PING is geared for the younger generation :-)
For some people, it's difficult to find an opportunity to talk with friends. Perhaps it's embarrassing to speak in English with your Japanese friends; however, when you PING, you can gain confidence together, with your friends of any nationality. Because PINGing is typically quite casual, you can actually strengthen your conversational skills.
